Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any WorkoutX365 application. By using our apps, you agree to be bound by these terms. We've written them to be as clear and human-readable as possible.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any WorkoutX365 application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our apps.
2. Use of the Service
WorkoutX365 apps are intended for personal, non-commercial fitness use only. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our apps or their content. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Pro and Full Suite plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) — we do not directly handle payment information. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google respectively.
4. Free Plan
The Free plan grants access to Week 1 of any WorkoutX365 app at no cost, with no time limit. We reserve the right to modify the content included in the Free plan with reasonable notice. Free access does not require a credit card or payment method.
5. Health & Medical Disclaimer
WorkoutX365 apps are fitness tools designed to support physical training — they are not medical devices and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are returning to exercise after a period of inactivity. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkoutX365 and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our apps, including but not limited to physical injury, loss of data, or service interruptions. Use of our apps is entirely at your own risk.
7. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content within WorkoutX365 apps — including workout programs, training plans, UI design, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of WorkoutX365 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps for personal purposes only.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We strive to keep our apps available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice where possible. We may also add or remove features from any plan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our apps after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Italian Republic, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy.
