At WorkoutX365, your privacy is a priority, not an afterthought. We built our apps with a simple principle: collect only what is needed to make the app work, and nothing more.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect data strictly necessary for the app to function: workout progress, completed sessions, rep counts, and current training level. We do not collect personal information beyond what is required to maintain your account (email address). We do not collect any data for advertising or analytical purposes.
2. What We Do Not Do
We do not show advertisements of any kind. We do not track your behavior for marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties for any commercial purpose. Your data is yours — period.
3. In-App Purchases
All purchases made within WorkoutX365 apps are processed directly and exclusively by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), depending on the platform you use. We do not have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing information. Purchase status (active subscription, plan type) is managed through a third-party service to verify your access entitlements — no personally identifiable payment data is stored on our systems.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers located within the European Union, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest to protect your information from unauthorized access.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services solely to ensure the app works correctly: (1) a cloud database for syncing your workout data across devices, hosted within the EU; (2) a purchase verification service to confirm your subscription status — this service receives only anonymous purchase tokens, not your personal identity. These providers are contractually bound to handle data in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time directly from within the app, in the Profile section. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible: all your data — including workout history, progress, and statistics — will be permanently erased from our systems within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
8. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed as described above. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts beyond the 30-day deletion window.
9. Children's Privacy
WorkoutX365 apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
